James Jooste has over 35 years of business experience, having grown up in South Africa currently resides in London. He is the CEO and co-founder of Nothando Training (Pty) Ltd a Qualifi Ltd, UK accredited Study Skills training provider.
James developed all the course material and started changing people’s lives by teaching his Whole Brain Learning Study Methods since the mid 90's. He has personally taught over 20000 students nationwide with the majority being Grade 11, 12 & 1st year University students. He and his team has lectured and coached students from all of South African major Universities, Colleges and Schools and has traveled to remote rural areas to deliver the course material.
James has a passion for education advancement, student development and really understands all the challenges students face in attempting to reach their goals.

Candice Preston is the Chief Training Officer and an academic coach at StudyToThrive.com.
She has a Masters Degree in Education and has multiple life and academic coaching qualifications. She loves learning and continually strives to learn more and improve herself, both personally and professionally.

Candice is also a passionate netball player and coach who loves being active and spending time with family and friends.

Jess Qvist left high school with five distinctions (English, Maths, Business Studies, History and LO) and two 79s (Afrikaans and Accounting). She studied a BCom – Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Wits, then went on to complete her Honours in Economic Science.
While Jess was completing her undergrad, she discovered that she had a passion for the Education System. She tutored and mentored Grade 8s and 9s in a high school in Alexandra township, and in her Honours Year, her students inspired her to research the relationship between parental involvement and Grade 9 maths marks.
Jess is currently completing a Masters Degree in Education (Leadership and Policy) at Wits. She is a Research Assistant for RESEP (Research on Socioeconomic Policy) at Stellenbosch University, a Life Coach, and a Whole Brain Learning Practitioner. Jess believes that intention, self-belief and action can turn dreams into real life.
